Alarms can be triggered using the alarm buttons (LoRaWAN, GSM, and TWIG), as well as via the mobile app, web app, phone call, and third-party systems.
Push notifications with critical alerts (loud alerts even in silent mode), text messages, voice calls, email, conference calls, parallel ringing, and Teams provide redundant communication channels.

The use of LoRaWAN depends on the availability and quality of network coverage. Signal quality is significantly influenced by the building’s structure. As a result, connection limitations or interruptions may occur, particularly in areas with weak network coverage or in buildings with solid concrete construction (e.g., underground parking garages, basements, and reinforced concrete cores).
Inside buildings, the signal can be amplified using a LoRaWAN gateway if necessary. e-mergency AG can provide test devices upon request.
